In a nutshell, they're giving her big money to rip on Obama, and how he's been unable to solve the nation's long-brewing problems in his first 200 days. Somehow, I think if a Democrat was being paid a lot of money to criticize a Republican President, they'd loudly decry that as treason and unAmerican.
