Holy crap. A simple, straightforward healthcare proposal on the floor of Congress. Whatever it costs, that's what you would pay, if you want in. By definition, it will add ZERO to the debt and deficit. A 4-page solution, no mandate, that gives every American another option.
Lots of chatter has happened about "Medicare Part E", but until now, nobody had the combination of guts and common sense to actually propose it.
The very best part - this is making BOTH sides squirm.
